Hello.
My name is Rachel Morgan-Trimmer.
What I do
Massively overthink everything, and send passive-aggressive messages in WhatsApp groups.
Oh, you meant for work.
I’m a keynote speaker, author and entrepreneur. It sounds well fancy, but really it’s just talking and telling people I’ll get back to them, and then never getting back to them. I train companies on how to be inclusive to neurodivergent people (spoiler: it’s not that difficult or expensive – find out more about my training courses here).
Unusually for a neurodiversity consultant, my background is in communications which means I know a very lot about writing, editing, marketing and social media. I’m getting on a bit (51), which means I’ve had loads of experience in training and presenting, and I actually know how to help people.
What I’ve done
I’ve been shortlisted for 2 Roses Awards for a booklet and poster I made **UPDATE** and the poster won the Bronze award.
I’m one of very few neurodiversity consultants to be trained in public speaking and I have also had vocal coaching to improve my delivery.
I’ve got a 100% satisfaction rate when it comes to training – I can show you my evaluation forms if you ask nicely! Or you can just look at my LinkedIn recommendations.
What I am
I’m autistic and have ADHD. I am also mildly dyspraxic and have prosopagnosia (Google it). I was seriously mentally ill for ages, which was massively rubbish. But it does mean I understand the people I work with.
I’m also a mum, wife, middle-class person, intersectional feminist, and environmentalist. I like tea, Radio 3, John Lewis (the civil rights activist) and John Lewis (the department store). When the ADHD allows, I read many books on many topics. I wish I could play the harp.

If you’re not autistic you probably won’t get this bit, just scroll down to the social media links at the bottom.
